Arshad Shamshudin Alibhai is the founder of A. Alibhai and Associates Advocates which is a 23-year-old Law firm specialising in REAL ESTATE, TAX AND CORPORATE LAW. The Firm has now rebranded and is known as A.A. LAW Advocates.
He has over 22 years’ experience in REAL ESTATE transactions and has represented several developers over the years with diligence and timely delivery of service.
Mr. Alibhai comes from a family of businessmen and understand business well. This has significantly helped him to understand his business clients and their needs. His approach to legal solution is based on engaging various professionals in providing holistic and practical solution to legal problems.
Currently, he is involved in various Joint Venture projects, Conversion of Titles and Acquisitions working with a TEAM of experts including Surveyors, Physical Planners and an experienced in house Tax consultant with over 30 years’ experience offering cutting edge solutions.
Mr. Alibhai is also passionate about Court Annexed Mediation and is a Certified Professional Mediator. He believes that most of the matters in dispute currently taking years in Court can be resolved by Mediation faster and effectively and is happy that this is now entrenched in our Civil Procedure Rules.
He has in recent past mediated on several disputes in the commercial and Construction industry offering well-reasoned solutions
Dickson Mwenda

Dickson Joined our firm in 2022 and he is a keen commercial litigator. He provides research based reports to our commercial litigator / consultant Jack Arunga Advocate.

Emily is an experienced conveyancer. Her expertise extends to drafting conveyancing documents and land office operations. She is proficient in drafting agreements leases and other conveyancing documents

Tauhida Adnan
Tauhida Adnan is a new entrant to our team of professionals. She is tasked with assisting the lawyers with due diligence in land transactions particularly in the area of survey maps and historical land history.
Currently she is busy with preparing sectional plans as part of conversion of titles.
